ATHL. 4 is a custom modular strength & conditioning program involving a 14 dimension spectrum in a Strength, Metbolism and Range of motion paradigm. Each ATHL.4 module program has been designed selecting multiple targets with in the overall strength & conditioning profile being complementary and customizalbe to your most specific needs and ambitions. Strength & Conditioning involves multiple expressions of physical fitness components. Those rules human biology and applies in health, physical activity and sport. What is the load/sessions per program?

Each program includes 3 sessions/week over a 52 week program in order to allow you time to introduce yourself and progress into all targeted dimensions in the Strength, Metabolism and Range of Motion Paradigm.

Your ATHL.4 customisation allows you to build your journey from 1 to 5 programs.

Multiple programs can run simultaniously weekly, with a maximum schedule of 3 sessions/day.
