How do I get started and how I do I get set up?


An online exercise assessment questionnaire needs to be filled up, it is private and confidential. It will take 10-12 minutes. A private invitation will be sent by email once the questionnaire has been completed and cleared by our exercise professionals. From there you will be able to set up your profile and have full access to ATHL. platform, program and content. Online platform is accessible 24/7.

 

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Program?

In 24-72h an email granting platform access will be sent. However do not worry, a 14 day free trial applies for ATHL. ACTIVE, FITNESS and PREMIUM programs, therefore nothing will be charged during free trial period.
For ATHL.PRO programs, professional assessment, evaluation and design might take up to 5-7 days.

 

How Do I log in?

You can have access thought the following platforms and devices: phone (APP or WebAPP), tablet (APP or WebAPP) and computer (WebAPP). And remember, APP and online platform is accessible 24/7.

ATHL.Exercise is an exercise content provider based on a subscription. Content delivery is uninterrupted following user exercise progression, variety and goals for ATHL. ACTIVE, FITNESS and PREMIUM programs.

ATHL PRO will be operative during the contracted service of 3, 6 or 12 months.

 

Do you need a gym membership in order to do these programs and exercises?


No. Based on your training tool choice you should be able to exercise anywhere. No gym heavy machinery is used in the programs. However a fitness center may offer more tools and resources to engage on an extensive exercise program.

 

Can I exercise/train offline?

Yes. If you cannot connect in the upcoming days you can download or print your workouts in advance, you should have a 10 days workout preview all the time.

Yes. Our first assessment questionnaire filters injuries and health conditions to ensure your exercise predisposal and safety. Under injury stages and health scenarios we recommend to apply for ATHL.PRO programs. Our team of exercise professional will assess your situation and provide the best possible solutions. Safety and your health goes first. ATHL.Exercise does not substitute and exclude any medical treatment.

 

What is the difference from CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED programs?

ATHL.CUSTOM programs as ACTIVE, FITNESS and PREMIUM provide individualized exercise programs based on each individual and adapted to their fitness level based on an artificial intelligent (AI) software developed by execise science. ATHL.PERSONALIZED programs as PRO provide fully personalized program design from AI and assessment from an assigned Exercise Science Professional for performance, health conditions and pre/post injury stages.

Can I talk to the Coach?


ATHL.Exercise is based on artificial intelligent software. Users of ATHL. ACTIVE, FITNESS and PREMIUM will have the standard service of exercise prescription delivery. Users of ATHL. PRO will have assigned an Exercise Science Professional whom will supervise the whole program duration. Therefore on top of standard services tracking, assessment and feedback will be provided during service.
